How to make Pancakes with Dope Coffee Infused Syrup

Dope Coffee Cakes

Ready in 20 minutes
Makes 7 pancakes

Health Benefits: dairy free, antioxidants, good fats, balanced nutrition for sustainable fuel.


2 cups all purpose flour
1 ¼ tbsp baking powder 
1 tsp finely ground pink himalayan sea salt
¼ tsp ground tumeric

3 tbsp Dope Coffee Infused syrup 
1 egg OR 1 tbsp soy lecithin 
1 ½ cups extra creamy oat milk OR 1 can coconut
3 tbsp coconut oil
¼ tsp vanilla extract
optional: ¼ tsp almond extract

vegan butter
nonstick spray


Prep. Preheat pan to medium heat. Combine all dry ingredients and stir together. 

Whip it. Whisk together all wet ingredients except coconut oil. Create a small center well in dry ingredients and pour in wet ingredients. Mix until all incorporated. Stir in coconut oil. 

Cook. Spray pan and add a little butter. Ladle ½ cup batter into pan. Flip when edges puff and surface bubbles form.  

Syrup. Combine 1:1 ratio of Dope Coffee infused syrup with your pancake syrup.
