5. How to enter
Online: during the Promotion Period, visit https://www.realdope.coffee/apps/drop/enter/win-every-dope-pod, give your email address and state, confirm your age and eligibility, and agree to these Official Rules. A completed form earns 1 entry. No purchase is needed for this method.

Refer a friend: after entering you get a personal link. Each eligible friend who enters through it earns you 1 additional entry, for up to 10 friends. Your friend's own entry counts the same as anyone's.
Limit: one form entry per person and per email address for the whole Promotion Period.
Entries made with automated means, multiple or disposable email addresses, or by anyone other than the entrant are void. The Sponsor's system clock is the official time-keeping device.

6. Prizes
1. Specialty Coffee On The Go (1 available): 48 Keurig compatible coffee pods, 12 each of Tanzania Peaberry, Ethiopian Dripp, Decaf Ethiopian Dripp and Guatemalan. Approximate retail value (ARV) $47.50 each.
2. A 12-pod box of Dope Coffee pods (4 available): One box of 12 Keurig compatible Dope Coffee pods, the winner's choice of Tanzania Peaberry, Ethiopian Dripp, Decaf Ethiopian Dripp or Guatemalan. Approximate retail value (ARV) $12.99 each.
Total value of all prizes: $99.46. Prizes are awarded as described, with no cash alternative and no transfer or substitution by the winner; the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.

7. How winners are chosen
Winners are selected in a random drawing on or about October 26, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time from all eligible entries received. The drawing uses a cryptographic random number generator whose seed is committed in advance: the SHA-256 commitment of the seed is published on the entry page before the Promotion Period ends, and the seed is published after the drawing so anyone can check the result. Alternate winners are drawn in the same drawing, in order.
Prizes are awarded in the order winners are drawn: the first eligible entry drawn wins Prize 1, the next ones win the following prizes in the order listed (Prize 1 (Specialty Coffee On The Go); Prize 2 (A 12-pod box of Dope Coffee pods)). All of one person's entries count together in the drawing, so a person can be drawn only once: limit one prize per person.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner notification and claim
Potential winners are notified by email within 3 days after selection and must reply within 7 days to claim the prize. A potential winner who does not reply in time, is ineligible, or does not return the required documents forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Before a prize is awarded the potential winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release within the claim period. Where lawful, the publicity release lets the Sponsor use the winner's name, city, state and likeness for promotional purposes without further payment.
Physical prizes are shipped to a street address in the eligible area.

9. Taxes
Winners are responsible for all taxes on their prizes. A winner whose prizes total $600 or more in a calendar year must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded and will receive an IRS Form 1099. The Sponsor collects tax forms through a secure channel separate from this promotion's systems.

10. Platform release
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Threads or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering you release each of them from any liability in connection with this promotion. Questions about this promotion go to the Sponsor, not to the platform.

11. General conditions
By entering you agree to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final. The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules, and may cancel, suspend or modify the promotion if fraud, a technical failure or any other cause beyond its control affects its fairness; in that case winners may be selected from the eligible entries received before the action. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries. Any dispute is resolved individually under the laws of the State of Georgia.
