☕🎤 DOPE COFFEE LAUNCHES DRIPSET: A NEW QUARTERLY COFFEE & HIP-HOP EXPERIENCE BREWED IN DECATUR, GA 🎤☕
Decatur, GA – March 26, 2025 – In a bold move that reflects the brand's mission to blend culture, creativity, and caffeine, Dope Coffee Company is proud to announce the official launch of DRIPSET, a new quarterly event series that merges the soul of independent hip-hop with the ritual of specialty coffee.
Held at Dope Coffee HQ in Decatur, Georgia, DRIPSET is more than a concert—it’s a curated cultural experience. Designed as a platform for musical expression, creative storytelling, and community building, DRIPSET represents the next evolution of what it means to consume coffee in culture.
🎤 THE CONCEPT: COFFEE + HIP-HOP + COMMUNITY
“Coffee and hip-hop both fuel movements,” said Michael Loyd, CEO and Founder of Dope Coffee Company. “DRIPSET is where those two energies collide in a real way—live music, Black-owned coffee, and community-focused conversations. This isn’t corporate culture. This is the culture.”
Every DRIPSET event brings together a hand-picked lineup of emcees, poets, DJs, producers, and creative thinkers—all performing live in an intimate space where the beats are loud, the coffee is bold, and the crowd is deeply connected.
This immersive event format is part of Dope Coffee’s larger mission to disrupt the coffee industry by injecting authentic, Black creative energy into spaces that have historically been sterile or exclusionary. DRIPSET is an extension of that mission—a living, breathing expression of what happens when coffee becomes a vessel for cultural ownership.
