ABOUT OUR COFFEES
The Tanzania Peaberry bean adheres to RFA compliance and embraces sustainable growing methods by intercropping with corn, beans, groundnuts, sunflower, and ginger. Hand-harvested and meticulously processed, the peaberry cherry undergoes fermentation and is dried on raised beds lined with parchment for 14-20 days before a curated aging process of 2-3 months. Peaberry beans, a rarity in coffee, are singularly pollinated, resulting in one small rounded bean instead of the usual two flat-sided ones.
