At Dope Coffee, we have a 14-day return policy on refundable items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging and condition received.
If there was an error with your order or for any additional questions regarding our return policy, please contact us at support@realdope.coffee within 14 days of your purchase.
Whole Bean and Ground Coffee
Since coffee is perishable, we are unable to accept returns on coffee. If there was an error with your order or if you were dissatisfied with your coffee, please contact us at support@realdope.coffee within 14-days of your purchase. Our expert Customer Support team can help you select a coffee perfect for you.
Everything Else
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, email our Customer Support team at support@realdope.coffee about a return within 14-days of purchase.
To complete your return:
We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original package and/or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.
Any item that is returned more than 14-days after delivery cannot be refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification upon receipt of the returned item, and approval or rejection of your refund based on our return policy.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process once approved.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 7-10 business days, please check with your credit card company and/or bank initially, as there may be additional processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Discount or Limited Offer Items
Unfortunately, sale or limited offer items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items purchased may be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To ensure we receive your return, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
